Screw aluminum bars into tapping holes , and fasten them.
Step 2: Assembling and .
Aim the three tapping holes on front barrier chip towards the inner tapping holes of aluminum bar, and fasten them by screwing the inner hexagon screw.
Step 3: Assembling .
Screw front handle into the side tapping hole of front barrier chip, and fasten it.
Function Keys Instructions
Front Handle/Hand ring: Share the partial weight to reduce operator’s work when the volume of cartridge is large
Compressed air supply: 1/4” BSP/NPT(International Standard)
Trigger: Control the output of materials.
Pressure limiting valve: Adjust the pressure from 6.8bar-10bar to control the output speed of material.
Retract piston rod: Retract the piston rod back to the end-stop, and ready for changing new cartridge.
Operating Instructions
Step1: Insert cartridge. Push the cartridge into the cartridge sleeve and press it down until it clicks into position.
Step 2: Assemble static mixer. After cartridge is well installed, remove the cartridge stopper and cap nut, and fasten static mixer using the cap nut on the cartridge outlet thread.
Step3: Connect pneumatic caulking gun to the compressed air supply.
Connect the compressed air hose to the compressed air inlet via the quick-release coupling, and then connect this compressed air hose to air compressor. Please make sure that there is no air released in the connector.
Step 4: Dispensing the adhesives.
Open the switch of air compressor, and press the trigger of Pneumatic caulking gun. Dispensing is started, and the piston rod will move forward. The dispense volume can be controlled by means of the pressure regulating valve . When the trigger is released, dispensing stops.
a) Pull the pressure regulating valve.
b) Adjust the dispense volume by turning the adjuster in the “+”or “-”direction.
c) Press the pressure regulating valve to confirm the set value.
Step 5: Removing the cartridge
Release the trigger and press the red button--- Retract piston rod until the piston rod have retracted to the back end-stop, and then remove the cartridge from the cartridge sleeve.
Attentions
1. Never insert the cartridge while the dispenser is connected to air compressor.
2. If the cartridge is not in the correct position, the trigger cannot be pressed.
3. Don’t remove, tamper or manipulate pressure regulating valve and strictly respect pressure limits.
4. Don’t connect the applicator to an air compressor that exceeds 115PSI. (Or Air pressure of compressor should not exceed 115PSI or 8bar.)
5. Don’t immerse the gun in solvent.
6. Don’t operate the gun with loose, broken or missing parts.
7. Don’t carry the gun by the air pipe.
8. Don’t use damaged cartridges or the wrong type of cartridge in the applicator.
9. Don’t point the applicator at another person.
10. Don’t disassemble the handle and adjust the safety valve inside.
11. Don’t use a static mixer that has material inside it that has cured.
12. Don’t use partially extruded cartridges unless you use a new static mixer and know that there is no cross-contamination.
13. Don’t use expired material or material that has cured.
